Albino Rubalcaba Romo, 68, of Brownsville, entered into eternal rest at Valley Regional Medical Center on Friday, August 24, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. Born in H.Matamoros, Tamaulipaas, Mexico, he was a longtime resident of Brownsville and a longtime and faithful employee of Trevino and Darling-Mouser Funeral Homes. He will be dearly missed not only by his family and friends, but also by all those fortunate to have known him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Francisco and Maria Belen Rubalcava and a brother, Jose Manuel "Meme" Rubalcava.
Albino is survived by his loving and faithful companion Tere Martinez ; two sons, Armando and Alfredo Rubalcava; brothers and sisters, Luisa Atkinson, Jose Guadalupe(Sandra) Rubalcava, Teresa Garza, Juan (Minerva) Rubalcava, Ruben (Bertha) Rubalcava and Margarita (Juan Jose) Gallegos. Also surviving are grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with the recitation of the holy rosary at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 27, 2018 in the East Chapel at Darling-Mouser Funeral Home, 945 Palm Blvd..
Funeral mass will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at Christ the King Catholic Church, 2255 Southmost Blvd., Brownsville, TX with interment to follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
