Amelia M Cisneros

Amelia M. Cisneros, 85, our beloved mother, grandmother, greatgrandmother, aunt, and friend entered into the glory of her eternal life on Saturday, April 27, 2013, at her daughters residence in Brownsville, Texas surrounded by her loving family.

Amelia, a resident of Brownsville, was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and greatgrandmother who loved cooking for her family and friends. Our mom also enjoyed spending time in her garden taking care of her plants and flowers. In her golden years, Mom enjoyed going to La Plaza Adult Day Care Center, which she considered her second home. Our mom had a fantastic sense of humor and joy for life. It was always a pleasure to spend time with her. We are grateful and blessed for having had such a wonderful mother and role model in our lives. A devout Catholic, Amelia was a parishioner at Holy Family. Amelia was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed by all her family and those fortunate to have known her.
