Amparo "Bobbie" A. Rodriguez

Mrs. Amparo A. Bobbie Rodriguez, 78, our beloved wife, mother, sister and aunt entered into the glory of her eternal life on Friday, February 22, 2013, at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Brownsville.

Bobbie was a retired elementary school teacher having taught for 42 years with BISD and in San Antonio. Bobbie dedicated her life teaching children. It was her true love and passion.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesus L. Aguilar and Consuelo Martinez Aguilar her brothers, Jose Adan Aguilar and Esiquiel Aguilar.

Left behind to eternally treasure their memories of her are her husband: Gumaro Rodriguez, her son Orlando G. Rodriguez her siblings Angelica Hernandez, Consuelo Chelito A. Perales, Rolando J. Aguilar, Dora Johnson, Gonzalo Aguilar, Zuly E. Torres and Jorge Israel Aguilar and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be Monday February 25, 2013 from 10am to 9:00pm with a Rosary Service at 7pm at Darling Mouser Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 10am Tuesday February 26, 2013 at Christ the King Catholic Church with interment to follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.

Honored to be her pallbearers are Hector Hernandez, Freddy Torres, Rolando Aguilar, Gonzalo Aguilar, Israel Aguilar and Robert Perales Jr. Her honorary pallbearers will be
Robert Perales III, Zeke Aguilar, Marc Johnson, Joseph Aguilar, Rolando Aguilar, Roel Aguilar and Zeke Aguilar.
