Ana Maria Bujanos

Ana Maria Bujanos, 56, of Brownsville, our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, teacher, and friend entered into eternal rest on Monday, March 16, 2009 in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico.

Ana was a native and lifetime resident of Brownsville. She had been a dedicated teacher with the B.I.S. D. for the past 18 years and had been teaching at Cummings Middle School as a Reading Dyslexia Teacher for the last 6. She was a member of Alpha Delta Kappa International Honorary Sorority for Women Educators.

One of Anas passions in life was motorcycle riding. She had recently purchased a Harley Heritage Soft Tail. In keeping with her riding interest she was a member of the Island Riders Motorcycle Club.

Left behind to eternally treasure her memory is her husband of 33 years, Chris G. Bujanos; her daughter, Adriana Bujanos; two sons: Jeffrey Paul Bujanos and Eric Christopher Bujanos; the granddaughter that was the apple of her eye: Brianna Marie Bujanos; her parents: Fernando and Ninfa Rivas: her siblings: Rene Dora Rivas, Fernando Rivas, Corina Steve Doherty, and Gloria Rudy Tziutzun; and her maternal grandmother, Angelita G. Stanley. She also will be dearly missed by her nieces: Vivian Lesny, Victoria Rivas, Elia Rose Rivas, and Giselle Tziutzun; by her great nephews: Jacob and Kristian Lesny; and her numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

As per her wishes Ana was cremated. Her family will be receiving friends on Saturday, March 21, 2009 beginning at 4 p.m. in the East Chapel of Darling-Mouser Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will begin at 6 p.m.
