Belinda Garza

Belinda Zavala Garza, 56, beloved daughter, wife, mother, niece, cousin, and friend entered into the glory of her eternal life on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Belinda was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed not only by her family and friends but by all those fortunate to have known her.

Belinda was preceded in death by her father, Santos D. Zavala.

Belinda is survived by her loving and devoted mother, Maria Alicia Zavala; her husband, Jose Cecilio Garza; a daughter, Ana Alicia Garza; a brother, Alejandro (Susie) Zavala; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.

Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 31, 2021,. and continue through 8:00 p.m. with the recitation of the holy rosary scheduled for 7:00 p.m. Monday evening in the East Chapel at Darling-Mouser Funeral Home.  The Funeral Mass is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 1, 2021, at San Pedro Catholic Church in San Pedro. Committal services will follow at the family cemetery, Alejandro Garza Cemetery, 10276 US Military Highway, Villa Cavazos, Texas.

Roy Ortiz, Justin Perez, Jonathan Perez, Ruben Garza, Rene Mares and Joshua Molina are honored to be serving as Belinda's pallbearers.

Belinda’s favorite color was red. We respectfully invite family and friends to wear red in honor of Belinda.

We at Darling-Mouser are adhering to the following precautions: a mask must be worn at all times in the funeral home and at church; social distancing is being practiced and food is not allowed at this time in the funeral home.
