Benito Gonzalez Sr.

Mr. Benito Gonzalez, Sr., an Army Veteran of World War II, passed away peacefully at the age of 90 years old on June 9, 2014 in San Antonio, Texas.

Mr. Gonzalez is preceded in death by his loving wife, Lydia D. Gonzalez his father and mother, Santos and Anita Rojas and his two brothers, Santiago Rojas and Jose Angel Rojas.

He is survived b his sister, Lilia Garza his sons, Noe Mary Gonzalez and Benito Benny Stella Gonzalez Jr., and daughter Norma Robert Santa Ana and Ana Curtis Peterson. Mr. Gonzalez is also survived by twelve grandchildren and sixteen greatgrandchildren, his sisterinlaw, Lisa Rojas, and numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.

Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 12th in the East Chapel at DarlingMouser Funeral Home with the recitation of the holy rosary at 7:00 p.m. Thursday evening at DarlingMouser. The Funeral Mass will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 13, 2014 at St. Lukes Catholic Church with interment to follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
