Casilda Castro Longoria

Casilda Castro Longoria, 84, of Brownsville, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, June 3, 2010 at Valley Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Longoria was a lifetime resident of Brownsville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Guadalupe L. and Rafaela F. Castro, her husband, Isidoro Longoria, a brother, Guadalupe Castro, Jr. and a sister, Mary Frances Castro. She is survived by her children, Isidoro Omar Longoria of Vancouver, Canada, Eduardo Benjamin Lucilia B. Longoria of Brownsville, David Alonzo Gloria Longoria and Delia Virginia Dr. Pedro LongoriaSerrato both of El Paso, TX a brother, Alberto Castro of Brownsville 8 grandchildren, 3 greatgrandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will begin Sunday, June 6, 2010 at 5 p.m., with the recitation of the holy rosary to be held at 7 p.m., in the Chapel of DarlingMouser. Mass of Resurrection will be held on Monday, June 7, at 10 a.m., at St. Joseph Catholic Church with burial to follow to Buena Vista Burial Park.
Honored to be serving as Mrs. Longorias pallbearers are Ivan Castro, Juan Carlo Castro, Edmundo Leandro, Leroy Castro, Christopher Albert Juarez and Paul Juarez. Honorary pallbearer will be Omar Alonzo Longoria.
