Concepcion G. Gonzalez

Mrs. Concepcion G. Gonzalez, 87, of Brownsville entered into eternal rest at Valley Regional Medical Center on Thursday, November 12, 2015 surrounded by her loving family.

Mrs. Gonzalez was preceded in death by her parents, Roman Garcia and Josefa Garcia; and by her sisters Guadalupe Garcia, Paula Gomez and Fidencia Velez; and by a brother, Macario Garcia.

Left to eternally treasure their memories of Mrs. Gonzalez are her beloved husband of 72 years, Heleodoro Gonzalez; two sons: Raul Gonzalez (Santos+) and Marcial Gonzalez; 7 grandchildren: Juan Gonzalez, Melba Pesina (Jesus), Raul Gonzalez, Jr. (Kristina), Aida Treviño (Ricardo), Nora Bauer (Mark), Marcial Gonzalez and Fausto Gonzalez; 13 great-grandchildren; and her siblings: Roman Garcia, Jr. (Leonides), Francisco Garcia (Maria) and Esther Velez (Valentin+).

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m. Sunday, November 15, 2015 with the recitation of the holy rosary at 7:00 p.m. in the East Chapel at Darling-Mouser Funeral Home.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Monday, November 16, 2015 at Our Heavenly Father Catholic Church in Olmito with interment to follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
