Daniel Ramirez

Daniel Ramirez, 86, entered into eternal rest on Monday, December 22, 2014, at Valley Regional Medical Center in Brownsville, Texas.

Daniel is preceded in death by a grandson, Dr. Martin Farias III his mother, Pilar Torres his father, Seferino Ramirez a sister, Piedad Miller and three brothers: Rosendo and Jose Ramirez, and Benjamin Torres.

Daniel is survived by his wife of 65 years, Frances M. Ramirez Zarate four daughters: Theresa M. Briseo, Patricia A. Cant, Mary Louisa Mayorga, and Ida Alicia Hector Fernandez eight grandchildren fifteen greatgrandchildren and three brothers: Guillermo, Guadalupe, and Hector Torres along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.

Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 26th and continue through 9:00 p.m. with the recitation of the holy rosary at 7:00 p.m. in the East Chapel at DarlingMouser Funeral Home. The Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 27th at St. Luke Catholic Church, 2800 Rockwell Dr. Committal services will follow at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.

Honored to be serving as his pallbearers are Daniel Farias, Dr. Michael Cantu, Jimmy Briseno, VincentAndrew Fernandez, JonathonEric Fernandez and Hector Fernandez, Jr.
