Donald W. Robinson

BROWNSVILLE, TX. – Donald Walter Robinson entered into eternal rest on Thursday, the 26th of January 2023 at Spanish Meadows in Brownsville. He was eighty-eight years of age.

Donald was born in Mangum, Oklahoma on June 24, 1934, son of Charles Homer Robinson and Mary Irene Hendrick Robinson. He was a proud veteran of the United States Army and later worked as a mechanical engineer. Donald was also an avid member of the First United Methodist Church of Brownsville, Texas.

Preceding Donald in death were his parents, Charles Homer Robinson and Mary Irene Hendrick Robinson; and a sister.

Survivors include his loving and devoted wife of seventy years, Laverne C. Robinson; his daughter, Laura Irene Robinson; his sons, Robert Allen Robinson and James Charles Robinson; five grandchildren, and one sister.
