Doris Marion Nelson

Doris Marion Nelson, 85, our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister entered into eternal rest at her home in Brownsville, Texas on Thursday, June 20, 2013, surrounded by her loving family.

Doris was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Ingrid Erickson Wicksell and a brother, Kenneth Wicksell.

Left behind to eternally treasure their memories of her is her loving husband of 65 years, James D. Nelson three children: Nancy Lee Kuhn, Jay David Nelson, and Toni Jill Nelson and her partner Erin Conner three grandchildren three greatgrandchildren and a brother, Rolf Wicksell.

In accordance with Doris wishes she will be cremated and her ashes will be scattered in the Gulf of Mexico off of South Padre Island.
