Elvira Gonzalez Garza

Elvira G. Garza, 94, of Baytown, TX, our beloved mother, motherinlaw, grandmother, and greatgrandmother entered into the glory of her eternal life on Thursday, March 25, 2010, at her residence in Baytown surrounded by her loving family.

Doa Elvira who was born in Brownsville, Texas in 1916 had been a resident of Baytown for several years. She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother who loved to spend time with her family and friends. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Manuel Garza Saenz and her parents.

Left behind to eternally treasure their memories of her are her four children: Jose Guadalupe Dora Garza, Maria Concepcin Martin Hernandez Ringham, Edelmiro Amelia Garza, and Juan Margarita Garza two grandchildren that she raised as her own, Jose Guadalupe Irene Ringham and Griselda Eugenio Rodriguez numerous grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, and. 1 greatgreatgrandchild.

Visitation and a prayer service were held yesterday, Saturday, March 27, 2010 at DarlingMouser Funeral Home. Visitation will resume at 9 a.m. Sunday, March 28th. The Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. this afternoon in the West Chapel of DarlingMouser Funeral Home. Entombment will follow in the Mausoleum at Buena Vista Burial Park. Family members are honored to be serving as Doa Elviras pallbearers.
