Evelia G. Hinojosa

Miss Evelia G. Hinojosa, 98, of Brownsville, entered into eternal rest on October 6, 2010 at Ebony Lake Healthcare Center.
Miss Hinojosa is was preceded in death by her parents, Leon and Guadalupe G. Hinojosa, two brothers, Leonardo G. and Emiliano G. Hinojosa, a sister, Lydia H. Trevio and a nephew, Carlos E. Hinojosa, Sr. She is survived by her sisters, Hortencia H. Martinez and Feliciana H. Cisneros, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will begin Thursday, October 7, 2010 at 1p.m., and continue until 9p.m., with the recitation of the holy rosary to be held at 7:30p.m., in the East Chapel of DarlingMouser. Funeral services will be held at 10:30a.m., Friday, October 8, in the East Chapel of DarlingMouser with burial to follow at Buena Vista Burial Park. Honored to be serving as Miss Hinojosas pallbearers will be Marco A. Hinojosa, Juan Hinojosa, Alfonso Cisneros, Jose M. Cisneros, Reynaldo Cisneros, and Benjamin Cisneros.
The family wishes to express their heart felt thanks to Dr. Francis Gumbel, Ebony Lake Healthcare Center, Odyssey Hospice, her providers Tere and Blanca Cisneros. Special thanks to Amalia Hinojosa who went above and beyond her role as a sisterinlaw.
