Frances Ramirez

Frances M. Ramirez, beloved wife, mother, grandmother ,great-grandmother,great-great-grandmother entered into eternal rest at the age of 90 on November 11, 2018. She is survived by her children; Theresa Briseño, Patricia Cantu, Mary Lou Mayorga , Ida Alicia Fernandez (Hector); 8 grandchildren ,16 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great- grandchild.
Mrs. Ramirez was preceded in death by her husband; Dan Ramirez, her parents Juan and Maria Luisa Zarate; grandson , Dr. Martin Farias III and three brothers; John, Luis and Bobby A. Zarate.
Mrs. Ramirez was a member of St. Luke's Catholic Church. She was a former volunteer at Brownsville Medical Center; parent volunteer with her children when they attended Incarnate Word Academy and Villa Maria in the 70's; member at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church and Club Guadalupano in the 60's.
Visitation will be Tuesday, November 13, 2018, from 11 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:00 pm at Darling Mouser Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday November 14, 2018 at St. Luke's Catholic Church. Pallbearers will be Daniel Farias, Dr.Michael Cantu, Vicent Fernandez, Jonathan Fernandez, Michael Moran, Jose Olalde III, Christian Morillon and Emory Fernandez.
Burial will follow at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
