Frances P Saenz

The family of Frances P. Saenz, announces her passing on Wednesday, December 12,
2018 in Houston, Texas.

Frances, a native of Brownsville, was born on April 27, 1929 the eldest daughter of
Gumersindo and Mercedes Perez.
After being a stay-at-home mom for many years, Frances entered the workforce
and ultimately became the Credit Union Manager for the City of Brownsville.
An active parish member, Frances served with the St. Mary's Altar society and The
Catholic Daughters of America. Carlos and Frances enjoyed 57 years of a loving and
joyful marriage.

She will be lovingly remembered by her three children; Carlos Saenz, Jr., Norma
Linda Saenz-Garza (Judge Robert Garza) and Gloria Ann Saenz-Tristan (Roy M.
Tristan); her grandchildren; Carlos Saenz, III, Myles Ryan Garza and Rochelle
Mercedes Garza; and her sisters; Rosie P. Zayas and Sylvia L. Perez. Several nieces
and nephews who loved Frances and often reminisce about her delicious Sunday
lunches.

Frances was predeceased by her husband, Carlos Saenz, Sr.; parents, Gumersindo
Perez and Mercedes Melchor Perez; her grandson, Robert "Robby" Garza, Jr.; her
sister, Gloria P. Garcia and her brother-in-law, Urbano Garcia.

Visitation is scheduled for Sunday, December 16, 2018 from 3:00pm to 6:30pm with
a Holy Rosary recited at 7:00pm at Darling Mouser Funeral Home. The Funeral Mass
is scheduled for Monday, December 17, 2018 at 10:00am, St. Mary's Catholic Church.
Burial will follow the mass at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
Funeral Services have been entrusted to Darling Mouser Funeral Home of
Brownsville.
