Gloria Garcia

Gloria Garcia, 72, of Brownsville, our beloved daughter, sister, sisterinlaw, and aunt, entered into the glory of her eternal life on Saturday, May 7, 2011 at her residence in Brownsville surrounded by her loving family.

A native and lifetime resident of Brownsville, Gloria was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She will de dearly missed by all those whose lives she touched.

Gloria was preceded in death by her father, Silvestre Garcia 2 sisters: Felicitas Vallejo and Maria del Pilar Rosario Garcia and two nephews: Alberto and Carlos Vallejo.

Left behind to eternally treasure their memories of her are her loving and devoted mother, Dominga B. Garcia her brothers and sisters: Maria Guadalupe Nieves Galvan, Josefina Javier Zuniga, Carolina Jose Gabriel Rosas, Maria Raquel Garcia, Jesus Silvestre Garcia, Maria del Rosario Carlos Briones, and Jose Elijio Mary G. Garcia 33 nieces and nephews, and numerous greatnieces and nephews.

Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. and continue through 9 p.m., on Monday, May 09, 2011 with the recitation of the holy rosary at 7:00 p.m. this evening in the East Chapel at DarlingMouser Funeral Home. The Funeral Mass will be at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at St. Josephs Catholic Church 555 W. St. Francis St. Interment will follow at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.

Glorias nephews: Guadalupe Carrillo III, Miguel Garcia, Fernando, Juan Patricio, and Roman Rosas, and Samuel Vallejo are honored to be serving as pallbearers for their beloved aunt.
