Harry Richard Hughey

Harry Richard Hughey, 80, of Los Fresnos, entered into eternal rest on June 23, 2009 at his residence.

Harry was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie S. and Effie T. Hughey, and a sister, Lucille Lubbock Williams.

He is survived by his sons, Michael H. Sharlene Kiff of Los Fresnos and Harry S. Hughey of Harlingen, his siblings, Jessie Hughey, Jr. of Lake Charles, Lousiana, Judy Hugh Miller of Houston, TX, Montez Ed Walkowitz of Dallas and Rex Diane Hughey of New Orleans, Lousiana, his former wife, Frances Holguin, three grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 10a.m., Friday, June 26, 2009 in the Chapel of Darling-Mouser Funeral Home.

Military honors will be conducted at the funeral home by members of the V.F.W. Post 2035 under the direction of Commander Luis Lucio.
