Homero Buitron, III, 27, of Brownsville, entered into eternal rest on April 9, 2009 in Brownsville.
Homer was a student at the University of Texas at Brownsville. He had received two associate degrees in Art and Social Work and was on the verge of receiving his Bachelors degree in Psychology in May.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Adan and Rosalia Troncoso. He is survived by his loving parents, Homer and Dalinda T. Buitron Jr. of Brownsville, his younger brother, Rafael and his wife, Rosie Buitron, and two nieces, Gaby and Leyla Grace Buitron of Woodridge, VA, his grandparents, Homero and Maria Buitron, Sr., and Rafael and Socorro G. Garza, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.
Visitation will begin at 10 a.m., Monday, April 20, 2009 with a prayer service to begin at 7 p.m., in the East Chapel of Darling-Mouser. A celebration of Homers life will be held at 7 p.m., Tuesday, April 21, in the East Chapel of Darling-Mouser. All services will conclude on Tuesday evening.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Ronald McDonald House in Galveston, 301 14th St., Galveston, TX 77550 and 409 762-8770.
