Jesus "Jesse" Jaime Garza

Jesus Jaime Jesse Garza, 39, beloved son, brother, brother-in-law, nephew, cousin, uncle, and friend entered into the glory of his eternal life on Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at Valley Regional Medical Center in Brownsville surrounded by his loving family.

A native and lifetime resident of Brownsville, Jesse was born on February 18, 1969 to Sabas Jr. and Maria S. Garza. He was the owner operator of Professional Lawn Care. Jesse enjoyed bowling and was a Texas Holdem poker fanatic. He enjoyed spending time in the company of his family and friends. He will be dearly missed by all those fortunate to have known him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Sabas Garza Jr.; his brother, Tomas Tommy Garza; his nephew Robert Robby Garza Jr., his maternal grandparents, Feliciano and Guadalupe Sal
ar and his paternal grandparents, Sabas Garza Sr. and Juana R. Garza.

Left behind to eternally treasure his memory is his loving mother, Maria S. Garza; his 11 brothers and sisters: Ricardo Garza, Gloria Nick Gonzalez, George Rebecca Garza, Judge Robert Norma Garza, Sabas Sylvia Garza III, Juan Noe Cynthia Garza, Mary Garza Hinojosa, Susan Garza Galvan, Noel Betty Garza, Jose Martin Garza, Jose Guadalupe Garza; 25 nieces and nephews, several great-nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Visitation and a rosary service were held yesterday at Darling-Mouser Funeral Home. Visitation will resume at 10 a.m. today, Friday, March 28, 2008. The Mass of Christian Resurrection will be at 2 p.m. today Friday, at Christ the King Catholic Church, 2255 Southmost Road. Interment will follow at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.

Jesses brothers Jose Guadalupe Bic, Juan Noe, Robert, Sabas III, Noel and George Garza, together with his nephews Ricardo Garza Jr., Juan Noe Garza Jr., Marco Gonzalez and Jaime Hinojosa Jr. are honored to be serving as Jesses pallbearers. His 25 nieces and nephews will serve as his honorary pallbearers.
