Juan Antonio Muoz, 75, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, entered into the glory of his eternal life on Wednesday, February 23, 2011, in Cedar Park, Texas surrounded by his loving family after a valiant battle against cancer.
Juan was born in Brownsville on May 12, 1935.
Juan will be dearly missed by all those fortunate to have known him.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Esther Garcia Muoz and his parents.
Left to eternally treasure his memory are his loving children: Diana and her husband Steve Meriggi, Johnny and his wife Vivian Muoz, and Robert Muoz all of Austin 14grandchildren his siblings and numerous nieces and nephews and extended family members.
Visitation will begin Sunday, February 27, 2011 at 5 p.m., with the recitation of the holy rosary to be held at 7p.m., in the West Chapel at DarlingMouser. The Mass of Christian Resurrection will be at 1 p.m. on Monday, February 28, 2011 at Christ the King Catholic Church, 2255 Southmost Road. Interment will follow at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens. Military honors will be conducted at the gravesite by the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2035 under the direction of Luis Luico.
Family members will serve as his pallbearers.
