Juanita A. Perez

Mrs. Juanita A. Perez, 83, entered into eternal rest in Pasadena, Texas on December 15, 2015 surrounded by her loving family.
She was preceded in death by her sons - Genaro Garza, Jr., Felix Garza and Mike Garza and by a grandson, Genaro Garza II.

Mrs. Perez worked for many years as a EKG Technician with Dr. Edward McGlynn and later worked for the Cameron County Juvenile Detention Center as a Detention Officer.

Left to eternally treasure their memories of Mrs. Perez are her children: Lucy Serrata, Eduardo Garza, Sr., George A. Garza, Roy Vallejo and Ray Vallejo; 23 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson.

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday, December 20, 2015 with a prayer service scheduled for 7:00 p.m. in the East Chapel at Darling-Mouser Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 21, 2015 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1200 Lincoln St. with interment to follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.

Honored to serve as Mrs. Perez's pallbearers are her grandsons, Ernie Serrata, Jr., Michael Garza, Jared Garza, Stephen Garza, Mike E. Garza and Felix Garza.
