Justin Hernandez

Justin Hernandez, 29, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, September 14,  2021, at Valley Baptist Medical Center.

Justin was a native and lifetime resident of Brownsville. He worked as a warehouse clerk for various local construction companies. In his spare time, Justin loved to go fishing. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Justin was preceded in death by his grandfather, Leodegario Hernandez; an uncle, Jesus Hernandez; a cousin, Leodegario Hernandez III.

Justin is survived by his maternal grandmother who raised him, Irma Hernandez; his mother, Diana Hernandez; his siblings: Jose, Jonathan, Rebecca, and Johanna Medrano and his girlfriend, Alondra Salazar. Justin will also be missed by his aunts and uncles: Jorge (Rosa) Hernandez, Maria Elena (Eddie) Garcia, Leodegario (Juanita) Hernandez Jr., Victor Hernandez, Lupita Hernandez, Juan (Leticia) Hernandez, Patricia (Lucindo) Saldivar, Eduardo (Daniela) Hernandez, Alberto Hernandez, Pablo Hernandez and Gladys (Ruben) Benavides along with numerous nieces, nephews, and extended

Visitation will be on Thursday, Sept. 23, 2021, in the East Chapel at Darling-Mouser Funeral Home from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm with the recitation of the holy rosary at 7:00 pm Thursday evening. The Funeral Mass is scheduled for 2:00 pm Friday, Sept. 24th at Good Shepherd Catholic Church. Committal services will follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
