Linda Gynild Anderson

Linda Anderson passed away on Friday, February 14, 2014.

She was a loving wife, mother of 3, grandmother of 8, and loyal friend of many. Linda was a Speech Therapist with the BISD for over 20 years. She was very active at the Church of the Advent, participating in the Altar Guild, Christian education, and Daughters of the King. Linda loved cooking and baking and was an avid Chicago Bears fan.

Linda was blessed to share 48 years of marriage with her loving husband, Daniel Anderson who stayed by her side till the end. The other family members who are left to cherish her memory are: her son, Scott Anderson, daughter, Heidi Brian Wild, son, Kirk Genelle Anderson her grandchildren: Jack, Garret, and Jenna Wild Madison, Ridgley, and Hunter Anderson and Alexandra and Evert Anderson her sisters: Gloria Porter, Beverly Larry Sewell, and Nancy OReilly her sistersinlaw: Connie Katter and Darlene Bruce Anderson and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 23rd, 2014, at the Church of the Advent Episcopal, 104 W. Elizabeth Street, Brownsville.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations may be made in Lindas name to either the Church of the Advent or the Episcopal Day School, 34 N. Coria St., Brownsville, TX 78520.
