Luis Napoleon Cisneros

Luis Napoleon Cisneros, 85, our beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather, uncle, and friend entered into the glory of his eternal life on Saturday, December 3, 2011 at Valley Regional Medical Center in Brownsville surrounded by his loving family.

Mr. Cisneros was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all those whose lives he touched.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eduardo and Cecilia G. Cisneros; and by his four brothers and three sisters.

Left behind to eternally treasure their memories of him are his wife of 61 years, Maria T. Cisneros; his children: Dr. Laura E. Cisneros M.D., John L. (Rhonda) Cisneros, and Albert (Anna) Cisneros; his granddaughter, Lisa Marie Cisneros; his grandson, Christian B. Cisneros; four sisters: Irene (Abelardo) Trevino, Adela (Oscar) Hinojosa, Concepcion (Enrique) Orive, and Enriqueta (Felipe) Bermea; as well as numerous nieces and nephews and other extended family members.

Visitation will begin at 5 p. m. on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 and continue through 8 p.m. in the East Chapel at Darling-Mouser Funeral Home. A chapel service is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 8, 2011. Interment will follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
