Luis F. Contreras

Luis F. Contreras, 58, passed away on Monday, October 01, 2018.

Mr. Contreras was a resident of Brownsville, Texas for many years. Luis was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed not only by his family and friends but by all those fortunate enough to have known him. He loved baseball and enjoyed watching the Astros play. He was thrilled when the Astros won the World Series last year.

Mr. Contreras was preceded in death by his parents, Juan Contreras and Victoria Jimenez Contreras.

He is survived by his son, Fernando Contreras and daughter, Melissa Contreras. Also surviving him are his three grandchildren; Julian, Nicolas and Julissa Ybarra; brothers, Miguel Angel Contreras, Victor Contreras, Saul Contreras; sisters, Marisela Contreras and Martha Musquiz along with numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family members.

In accordance with Mr. Contreras's wishes, he will be cremated.
