Luis De Luna Sr.

Mr. Luis De Luna, Sr., 87, of Brownsville, entered into eternal rest at Valley Regional Medical Center on Tuesday, March 11, 2014.

Mr. De Luna was born in Brownsville and proudly served his country during World War II in the U.S. Navy. He retired as a mail carrier with the U.S. Post Office after 43 years of faithful service.

Mr. De Luna was preceded in death by his wife, Mary T, De Luna and a son, David De Luna.

Left to treasure their memories of him are his four children: Fernando De Luna, Luis Sarah De Luna, Jr., Ray De Luna, and Hector De Luna. Also surviving are his grandchildren: Frances De Luna, Aaron De Luna, Marie De Luna, Ana De Luna and Amilia De Luna.

Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday, March 13, 2014 in the East Chapel of DarlingMouser Funeral Home with the recitation of the holy rosary at 7:00 p.m. All services will conclude Thursday evening.
