Margaret "Maggie" Edna Doll Crahan

Maggie was born on October 28, 1928 in Larned, KS. She entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at Sunshine Haven Hospice Facility surrounded by her loving family.
She attended Colorado Womens College in Denver and the University of Kansas at Lawrence where she met her husband Jack. They married in 1949. They lived in Kansas City and Wichita, KS where the family had the Kitty Clover Potato Chip Company. Upon her husbands retirement they moved to Brownsville in 1980 where she continued her love of golf at Valley International Country Club where she had 7 holesin one and was an active member in the Womens All Valley Golf Association.
Margaret is preceded in death by her mother, Edna Barstow and her father, Fred Doll.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Jack Crahan her sister, Lucile Wise brothers, Wayne and Jack Doll three sons, Doug Becky, Steve Sandy and Mike Kelly seven grandchildren, Heather Smartt, Haley Hurst, Courtney Hobbs, Julie Griffin, Jackie Swanson, Josh and AJ Crahan and ten greatgrandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, December 4, 2010 at the First United Methodist Church, 1225 Boca Chica Blvd., Brownsville, Texas 78520.
