Maria L. Granado

Maria L. Granado, 74, of Brownsville, entered into eternal rest on February 5, 2008 at her residence surrounded by her family.

Maria was preceded in death by her parents, Fructose and Isaura Delgado, two brothers, Guadalupe and Jesus Delgado and a sister, Guadalupe D. Delgado. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Natividad Granado, of Brownsville, three sons, Natividad D. Granado of Sugarland, Luis Hugo Deborah Granado of Flower Bluff, TX and Sergio Dora A. Granado of Brownsville, three grandchildren, Luis Hugo Granado II, Krystal N. Granado and Savanna L. Granado, three sisters, Teodora Delgado Roy, Maria Inez Delgado Roy and Ana Maria Delgado Roy all of Mexico, and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Visitation will begin at 10a.m., Wednesday, February 6, 2008, with a holy rosary to be recited at 7p.m., in the East Chapel of Darling-Mouser Funeral Home. Mass of Resurrection will be held Thursday, February 7, at 3p.m., at Good Shepherd Catholic Church with burial to follow to Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Natividad D. Granado, Sergio Granado, Luis Hugo Granado, Lic. Porfirio Castillo Delgado, Lic. Rogelio Mata Delgado and Luis Hugo Granado II.
