Maria Mancias, 73, of Brownsville, our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend entered into the glory of her eternal life on Monday, June 25, 2012 in Brownsville, Texas surrounded by her loving family.
Maria retired from Valley Grande Manor after 28 years of service.
Maria was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed by all those fortunate to have known her and be part of her life.
Maria was preceded in death by her parents, Policarpio Ramirez and Modesta Ontiveros Rodolfo and Jose Ramirez.
Left behind to eternally treasure their memories are her husband Alejandro Mancias Jr, daughters Maria del Rosario Corbeil, Maribel Roberto Garcia, Noemi Estrada, and Maricela Henry Garza, son Alejandro Lydia Mancias III, sisters Aurora Ramirez, Guadalupe Ortega, Maria Elena Mascorro, Rosa Mendoza, Juanita Lira, and Alicia Hernandez, brothers Pedro and Angel Ramirez, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Visitation will be in the East Chapel of DarlingMouser, on Thursday, June 28, 2012 from 10 a.m. to 9p.m., with a Prayer Service at 7 p.m. The Funeral will be Friday, June 29, 2012 at 11a.m., in the East Chapel.
Burial will follow at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens in Brownsville, Texas.
Pallbearers will be Alejandro Mancias III, Alejandro Mancias IV, Robert Garcia, Robert Garcia Jr., Henry Garza, Henry Garza Jr., and Joseph Rene Corbeil III.
