Maria Del Carmen Saenz

Maria del Carmen Saenz, 89, of Brownsville, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, January 10, 2010 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Mrs. Saenz was preceded in death by her husband, Felix C. Saenz, a son, Carlos Alfonso Saenz, and by her four siblings, Lilia L. Segura, Delfina Larrasquitu, Matilde L. Hinojosa, and Federico A. Larrasquitu. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Maria del Carmen Allen Harrison of Longview, Irma Edward Jones of Brownsville, Margaret Balandran of Fort Worth, and Ninfa Gary Seloff of Houston, her sons, Jose Reymundo Saenz of Corpus Christi, Felix Saenz, Jr. of Pittsburg, PA, Francisco Saenz and Gilberto Saenz both of San Antonio a sister, Eva V. Jara of Brownsville and 21 grandchildren.

Visitation will begin Tuesday, January 12, 2010 at 1 p.m.with the recitation of the holy rosary to be held at 7 p.m., in the Chapel of DarlingMouser. Mass of Resurrection will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, January 13, at St. Joseph Catholic Church with burial at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
