Narcisa Trevio, 92, our beloved mother, grandmother, greatgrandmother, sister, and aunt entered into eternal rest on Friday, November 08, 2013, at her residence in Brownsville surrounded by her loving family.

A native of Mexico, Narcisa had been a resident of Brownsville for numerous years. After emigrating here from Matamoros, Narcisa worked at Dillards as a seamstress in the alterations department. Narcisa a devout Catholic was a parishioner of St. Eugene de Mazenod Catholic Church. Narcisa was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. Her family meant the world to her. Narcisa was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed not only by her family and friends but by all those fortunate to have known her.

Narcisa was preceded in death by her husband, Ruben Dario Trevio a son, Ruben Adolfo Trevio Salinas her parents, Cristobal and Hortencia Salinas two sisters: Santos Segovia and Maria Villarreal and two brothers, Miguel and Bernabe Salinas.

Left behind to eternally treasure their memories of her are her children: Cecilia Oscar T. de Matus, Elida Alfonso Cepeda, Sofia T. Victor Martinez, Maria Raymundo Gutierrez, Mario A. Ute Trevio, Jose Juan Rosalinda Trevio, and Jorge Eduardo Patricia Trevio eighteen grandchildren, twentyseven greatgrandchildren, one greatgreatgrandchild one sister, Guadalupe Rodriguez and numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. today, Sunday, November 10th with the recitation of the holy rosary at 7:00 p.m. this evening in the East Chapel at DarlingMouser Funeral Home. The Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, November 11, 2013, at St. Eugene de Mazenod Catholic Church, 5409 Austin Road, Brownsville. All services will conclude after the Mass and in accordance with Doa Narcisas wishes cremation will follow.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in Doa Narcisas name may be made to Sunshine Haven, 7105 West Lakeside Blvd., Olmito, Texas 78575.
