LAGUNA HEIGHTS, TX. - Officer Noah Ryan Le Blanc, Sr. #903, beloved father, son, brother, grandson, uncle, cousin, friend, and police officer, entered into eternal rest on Monday, the 13th of September 2021 at Valley Regional Medical Center in Brownsville, Texas at the age of thirty-three.
Noah was born on the 6th of February 1988 in Harlingen, Texas, son of Walter Ray and Mary Lou Galván Le Blanc. He was a graduate of Port Isabel High School, Class of 2007 and later attended and graduated from the Police Academy. Noah loved his job, weightlifting, family, and a good joke. He was the meme king and a great practical joker. Noah was a fighter, battling cancer with his sarcasm and wit. He was a parishioner of Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church in Port Isabel, Texas. He enjoyed hunting with his father and brothers and actively participating in weightlifting competitions, but it never got in the way of spending time with his beloved children Ava Inez and Noah Ryan, Jr., who were his world. Noah will always be remembered as a kind, generous, and whip smart gentleman and will be missed by all of those that were fortunate enough to have known him.
Preceding Noah in death were his grandparents, Arturo Galván and Andy and Carmela Le Blanc; and his aunts and uncles Luanna Galván, Juan Ramirez, Dorothy Brown, and Felipe Brown.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his loving children, Ava Inez Le Blanc and Noah Ryan Le Blanc, Jr.; parents, Walter Ray Le Blanc and Mary Lou Galván; siblings Andrew Ray Le Blanc, Kimberly Rae Le Blanc, Walter Ray Le Blanc, Jr., Nicholas Armand Le Blanc, and Travis Alan Le Blanc; maternal grandmother, Mary Lou Galván; and thirteen nieces and nephews. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, brothers and sisters of law enforcement, and a host of many friends.
Visiting Hours will be held on Thursday, the 16th of September 2021 from 10:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. within the East Chapel of Darling-Mouser Funeral Home. An escorted funeral procession will then depart Darling-Mouser Funeral Home East Chapel en route to Laguna Heights and Laguna Vista, passing by Laguna Vista Police Department and the family residence, and will continue to Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church in Port Isabel, Texas. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2:00 P.M. Committal Services will then follow, via escorted procession, to Port Isabel City Cemetery where Officer Le Blanc, Sr. will be laid to rest. The family invites those in attendance to a reception which will follow at the Port Isabel Event & Cultural Center, 309 Railroad Street, Port Isabel, Texas 78578.
