Primo F. Rodriguez

Primo F. Rodriguez Jr., 63, beloved son, father, brother, and grandfather entered into the glory of his eternal life on Thursday, August 18, 2016, at his residence in San Antonio, Texas.

Primo is the son of Juanita G. and Primo Rodriguez, was born in 1953 in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Primo was a member of the BHS Class of 1971. Primo was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed not only by his family but by all those fortunate to have known him.

Primo is preceded in death by his father, Primo F. Rodriguez; his sister, Diana Ruth Rodriguez; two brothers, Thomas J. and Phillip Henry Rodriguez; and his step-father, Raul Treviño.

Left behind to eternally treasure their memories of him is his loving mother, Juanita G. Rodriguez; a son, Christopher Jon-Thomas Rodriguez; and a daughter, Ursula Marie Rodriguez; a sister, Delilah (Ray) Leggett; a brother, John Peter (Eileen) Rodriguez. Primo will also be missed by his grandchildren: Luke Gloria and Lily Marie Rodriguez; a nephew, Ernesto A. "Alex" (Elaine) Chapa; two nieces, Arianne and Briana Rodriguez; a great-nephew, Dean W. Chapa, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many other extended family members.

Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, August 26, 2016, with the recitation of the holy rosary scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. in the East Chapel at Darling-Mouser Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 27, 2016, in the East Chapel at Darling-Mouser. Committal services will follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
