Richard Lee Menard

Richard Lee Menard passed away Sunday, July 7, at 2:43 pm at his residence in Brownsville, Texas.

Richard retired due to a disability accident in 1992 from Channelview Independent School District. The last 10 years, Richard lived with his wife in the South Texas resort community of Riverbend. He was an avid fisherman and golfer until recently.

Richard is survived by his wife, Shirley brothers, Huey Debbie and Roger Marla and sisters, Rhonda Robert and Wanda Robert his stepfather, Aubrey Anderson and many nieces and nephews.

In accordance with Richards wishes he was cremated. No local services are planned at this time.
