Rogerio V. Arredondo, 82, passed away on Sunday, September 30, 2018 at his residence peacefully in his sleep.
Rogerio was born in Kingsville, Texas. Rogerio enjoyed western movies, spending time with his family, loved the outdoors and had a passion for creating and building. He was a dedicated BISD employee for 42 years where he served as Director for Career and Technology for many years.
He was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed not only by his family and friends but by all those fortunate enough to have known him.
Rogerio was preceded in death by his wife, Olga Silguero.
Rogerio is survived by his children, Christela Arredondo (Armando) Balboa, Roger (Deborah) Arredondo, Jacquelyn (Albert) Arredondo Salazar; grandchildren, Amanda Balboa (Justin) Mullins (daughter, Madison Nicole Mullins), Matthew Arredondo, Alexander Arredondo, Aaron Salazar, Brandon Salazar, Gabriella Salazar, Alyssa Arredondo, Danica Arredondo, along with numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family members.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 03, 2018, with the recitation of the holy rosary scheduled for 7:00 p.m. Wednesday evening in the East Chapel at Darling-Mouser Funeral Home.
All services will conclude at 9:00 p.m. and in accordance with Mr. Arredondo's wishes, cremation will follow.
