Rue Wade Gober

Rue Wade Gober, 82, our beloved husband, father, stepfather, grandfather, greatgrandfather, and friend entered into eternal rest on Sunday, April 20, 2014, at his residence in Rancho Viejo, Texas surrounded by his loving family.

Rue was born and raised in Harlingen and then shared his time between North Carolina and South Texas.

Rue was preceded in death by his first wife, Ann Gober.

Rue is survived by his wife, Virginia Mayo Gober his children: Kimberly Randy Lambeth and Mark Rue Gober his stepchildren: Dale Pam Mayo, Gina Carlos Barrera, and Laurie Keith Billington a granddaughter, Rachel Lambeth, ten stepgrandchildren and eight stepgreatgrandchildren.

A private memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in Rues name may be made to the donors favorite charity.
