Stanley James Hauge

Stanley James Hauge, 85, our beloved husband, father, uncle, and friend entered into the glory of his eternal life on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at Valley Regional Medical Center in Brownsville after a brief illness.

Mr. Hauge was born in Nielsville, Minnesota on September 19, 1925. He was a farmer who farmed for over 50 years near Buxton, North Dakota before moving to Brownsville after he retired. Stanleys favorite pastime and hobby was cars. He loved all things having to do with cars reading about them, looking at them, buying them, and restoring them if need be.

He will be greatly missed by all those whose lives he touched.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters, 1 brother, and his son, Stanley Hauge Jr.

Left behind to eternally treasure their memories of him is his wife of 64 years, Arline and a daughter, Susan A. Hauge and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members in Kansas, Minnesota, North Dakota and Texas.

In accordance with his wishes, Stanley was cremated and there will be no services.

Memorial gifts in Mr. Hauges name may be made to the donors favorite charity.
