Stephen Urban Baca

BROWNSVILLE, TX. – Stephen Urban Baca entered into eternal rest on Thursday, the 23rd of February 2023 in the comfort of his Brownsville residence. He was sixty-five years of age.

Stephen was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico on May 16, 1957, son of the late Urban Baca and Marilyn Frances Lipps Baca. He worked at Sears for numerous years until his retirement.

Preceding Stephen in death was his father, Urban Baca.

Survivors include his loving mother, Marilyn Lipps Baca; his siblings Eileen Graham (Michael), Christopher Baca, Lawrence Baca, and Daniel Baca (Lou Ann); in addition to extended family members.

The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at twelve noon on Thursday, the 2nd of March 2023 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 1914 Barnard Road, Brownsville. Interment will then follow at Buena Vista Burial Park, 5 McDavitt Boulevard, Brownsville.
