Veronica Amaya

Veronica Amaya, 38, of Brownsville, entered into eternal rest at her residence on Sunday, May 2, 2010.

She was a lifetime member of Principe de Paz Church.

Mrs. Amaya is survived by her husband, Rafael Fuentes daughter, Daisy Fuentes parents, Roberto and Rita Amaya a brother, Eddie Dora Amaya her sisters, Griselda Amaya, Selena Amaya and Marsella Robert Reyes two nephews, Edwin Amaya, Jr. and Edward Amaya, two nieces, Noemi and Elisa Maria Reyes, and other relatives.

Visitation will be Wednesday, May 5, 2010 beginning at 10 a.m., with a prayer service to begin at 7 p.m., in the West of Chapel of DarlingMouser Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday, May 6, at 11 a.m., in the West Chapel of DarlingMouser Funeral Home and burial will follow to Buena Vista Burial Park.

Honored to be serving as Veronicas pallbearers are Rafael Fuentes, Eddie Amaya, Edwin Amaya, Jr., Robert Reyes, Hipolito Hernandez and Roy Duarte, Jr.
